I Wanna Talk About Me…Toby Keith….Pay Attention Girls.

May 20,1964, Wednesday. Laid in the sun again after school. Jack called, but didn’t have time to talk to him. Went to Patricia Stevens Modeling, came home but he didn’t call back. They probably went to the show. Pam wrote me another letter. Dave hasn’t called yet, I don’t think I can stand his moodiness. He get’s me so mad, but I still think he’s so tough! He better call before Friday. But he never has time or he just doesn’t want to be bothered with me. He get’s tired of girls. He’d rather drink. He’s no good for me either.

No wonder he got tired of me talking about me all the time. It sounded like I was bragging,

saffrons rule drinking

He wanted a girl who would drink beer, watch TV, have sex and just be quiet.  I was a Party Girl and didn’t want to do any of those things.

He was a surfer, not a Ladies Man

This song say’s it all.
