The Shirelles, “Baby It’s You” said it all, I didn’t care if he cheated, didn’t call or left me home to cry, cause Baby It’s You.

March 19,1964, Thursday. OK day. Looking forward to Saturday. Hope he talks to me. Mom and Dad called.

Lauri walked down the hill, so I took her to school. It was cold today, sure hope it doesn’t stat this way, cause I’m looking forward to it being hot Saturday. Today was Career Day. A man from MGM Studio talked to us. I’m going to make an appointment with him for an interview. After school Lauri and I took her cat, Snowball, to the Vet because of her ear. Than we went to where Mike works. He wasn’t there, so we drove by his house. (Came home disappointed.) We got a post card from Mom and Dad. They’re having a great time. Believe it or not, I miss them. I guess Howard told the guy’s we broke up cause John called and asked me out. Tonight Lauri and I drove by Howard’s house, Lew’s house, than stopped at Fred’s and talked for an hour.
